Thank you for participating in our mobile messaging program (the "Program"). By enrolling, signing up, or agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms.   1. Program Description: Through the Program, we may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats. Promotional messages advertise our products and services, including promotions, specials, marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to existing or ongoing transactions, such as order notifications, updates, and appointment reminders. Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer or automatic telephone dialing system. The frequency of messages may vary but will not exceed 10 messages per month. You agree that we, our affiliates, and third-party service providers may send you messages on various topics using different telephone numbers or short codes. While we do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts imposed by your mobile provider.
     

  2. User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number on our online application or via telephone, you voluntarily opt-in to the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the provided number, even if it is registered on a "Do Not Call" list. You confirm that the mobile phone number you provide is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user of the number. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user, please notify us promptly at [insert contact email]. Participation in the Program is not required to make a purchase from us and is entirely voluntary.
     

  3. User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages and to opt-out of the Program, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. After opting out, you may still receive text messages for a short period while we process your request, including a one-time opt-out confirmation message. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Please note that our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that deviate from the specified commands, and we will not be liable for failing to honor such requests. We may also change the telephone number or short code used for the Program, and we will notify you of any such change. Please be aware that requests sent to a changed telephone number or short code may not be received by us, and we will not be responsible for failing to honor requests sent to a changed contact number or code.
     

  4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times, or through all mobile providers. We and our service providers will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of mobile messages or information sent through the Program.
     

  5. Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or its features at any time, with or without notice. These Mobile Messaging Terms may also be modified at any time, and any changes will be effective when posted on our website. Please review these terms periodically to stay updated on any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will indicate your acceptance of the modified terms.
