The following property types are eligible for our fix and flip loans:


  • Single Family Residence (SFR).

  • 1-4 Unit Properties.

  • Condominiums.

  • Townhouses.

  • Mixed-use properties.

  • Up to 90% of Purchase.

  • Rates: 7.49% - 13.9% * 

  • Loan amounts start at $150,000 to $4MM.

  • We specialize in Fix and Flip financing and will finance up to 100% of the rehab. 

  • If your project is mid-construction we can also provide construction completion funds.

  • As an asset-based lender, we are not
    focused on credit.


Documents needed to proceed for Fix and Flip Loans: 
  • Sales Contract.

  • Construction Budget.

  • Two months of bank statements.

  • A list of properties you currently own (an REO Schedule) if an experienced investor, if this is your first flip skip this part.

  • LLC Operating Agreement or Articles of Corporations.


We only lend to real estate companies.
Our fix-and-flip loans are available to the following borrowers:
