  • Rates: 7.49% - 10.0% * 

  • Loan amounts start at $150,000 to $4MM.

  •  Up to 100% of rehab financing. 

  • If your project is mid-construction we can also provide construction completion funds.


Documents needed to proceed for Fix and Flip Loans: 
  • Sales Contract.

  • Construction Budget.

  • Two months of bank statements.

  • A list of properties you currently own

    • (REO Schedule) if an experienced investor.

  • LLC Operating Agreement or Articles of Corporations.
